Mounting Instructions
 - Remove screw from lower base.
 - Use rubber spacer if placing spinner on a small diameter wheel.
 - Loosely fasten the lower base with the supplied screws with the knob upside down.
 - Rotate the spinner to the correct position and securely fasten the bolts.
